Motivation Conference

Motivation Conference (MC) is an annual conference held at the UC Santa Cruz campus, now heading into its 24th year! MC is hosted by the Asian Pacific Islander Student Alliance (APISA) and operates out of Engaging Education (e^2), both of which are organizations at the UCSC campus. MC is a three day, two night conference dedicated to supporting under-resourced and underrepresented Southeast Asian and Pacific Islander high school students in the pursuit of higher education.

In this conference, we will hold space for participants to think critically about their identity & community, express themselves artistically & culturally, and have dialogue about the importance of education. Our hope is that Motivation Conference 24 will inspire participants to reach for the post-high school education that they deserve.
